When: June 26(Mandatory Rehearsal), 27(Recital)
Where: Scottish Rites Cathedral (corner of 16th and Hamilton St)
Pick up and drop off at BACK DOOR
If looking at front of building back door is on Left side down steps
Rehearsal- Drop students off at 4pm, Pick up students at 7pm
Show night-Room Parents: 5:00
Curtain Call: 5:00
Show Starts: 6:00
Tickets are only on sale during picture week (May 12,13,14,16)

| Stage Rehearsal Schedule June 26th *We will be having a professional photographer the night of rehearsal so please have all parts of costume, hair and makeup done and on before you get the auditorium. Dry snacks (no peanuts) and a water bottle may be brought Due to new security procedures all students must stay the entire time of the rehearsal. We will be running the rehearsal in order of the show, so the show will run quickly and smoothly. All Student must arrive at 4pm for rehearsal. Please pick up your child at 7pm from the back door. Room moms stay for rehearsal night New Drop off Procedures: When you drop you child off you will receive a colored index card. Please keep that! At 7pm when you come back to pick your child up... All students will be in lines according to color. This will make a smooth transition so you can leave in a timely manner. The same procedure will be used to pick up children the evening of the show. |

**IMPORTANT**
For Each Class
Hair must be worn for the recital as follows:
Hair
All Dance, Twirling and Gymnastic classes (unless otherwise listed): Left side part bun.
3-4 years old in Creative Dance Classes: ½ up ½ down.
Wednesday 6:15 and Tuesday 4:15 ½ up ½ down
Jr. Dance Team ½ up ½ down w/ headband.
Dance Team and Robin: ½ up ½ down whole show except ballet, Left part bun.
| Make-up for each age level Here is a link that will show you the exact makeup for each class with a short video of how to apply it. Enter Code: JAMdance to save 5% For classes: 3-4yrs Creative, 5-7 Combo, 8-10 Combo and Beginner and Intermediate Gymnastic classes use the "young dancer" pallet For all other classes use the "Stage Siren" pallet Apply more makeup than you think because of the lights on the stage you are not obligated to buy the makeup from "Jam" but refer to video for makeup application and color |
| How to Make the Perfect Bun |
**Wash your hair the night before, not the day you need the bun
1. Run smoothing gel through damp hair to keep it sleek and in place.
2. Part hair down the left and pull hair back low.
3. Secure with an elastic and twist hair and wind around itself.
4. Tuck loose end under hair net (can be purchased at your local drug store) use
elastic and secure with bobby pins.
5. Smooth glossing spray over hair.
